I'm curious

I use AIM the most, and I still use AIM 5.9, although I have the newer one (AIM 7?)
I don't like the cumbersomeness of the new IMs. I don't need all the shit they insist I need.
I keep MSN open most days but I don't use it.

I like AIM best, but maybe it's because it's an old version with only one bell and no whistles.

Same with me. I really only wanna use IMs for IMs.
I do share pics and files, and the old AIM does that well enough.
I especially like how if you post a picture it shows up right in the chat box with you.
The new ones seem to open an additional window for images and, I think, even makes more than one into a slide show.

AIM 5.9 is a nice light program that does all I want.
I have checked out newer AIM versions and just don't like the changes.

I have been told (by AIM people) that soon my old AIM will no longer work.
Whaasup w/dat?
