Anyone else watching this?

I've been with it since day one.
And its got to be the slowest moving show in TV history. Its so boring it makes me sit up to stay awake.
Many lil subtle things are happening every episode but at the end of the hour you sit back and think, hey, nothing seemed to really happen at all. There's little to no action, virtually no humor, entire episodes where things move at a snails pace and the plot is so deep that you really need to take notes if you wanna stay abreast of where things are at. I think I know what's going on but I can't say for sure.

The wackiest thing is that I'm really enjoying it.

Something almost happened tonight! People were threatened and one guy was manhandled.
We were told that some other people overseas actually died in a somewhat mysterious fashion!
This episode was very almost exciting!

SOMETHING HAPPENED!
IT WAS.....
MURDER!.

Nah, not really.
ATTEMPTED MURDER!
But they guy who was attempting it did get a bullet between the eyes.
so.....

A KILLING IN SELF DEFENSE!

I was so used to nothing happening I shit my pants in the easy chair.

Rubicon was canceled. *SOB*

This was the only show in memory that played out like a good book.
Fuck me.
The show ended the season on a cliffhanger (of sorts, cuz the show was full of drama but not overly dramatic-it was just like the end of a chapter in a book, no one hanging off a cliff or anything), and then AMC cancels it. Dagnabbitt!

So what if I was the only one watching it?
I thought this show would usher in a new(old) kind of TV show. One where everything does not have to blow up once a week, or have someone be autopsied, or have the audience rooting for the office hook-up.

Nope. People are not ready for something like Rubicon, and that's a real shame.
